All instruments that require control and regulation are installed in two separate cabinets: the electrical cabinet is used for the electrical system, and the control cabinet is used for instruments and control systems. 5. The hydraulic system is mainly used to press the bottle stopper into the bottle mouth at the end of freeze-drying, such as penicillin bottle freeze-dried powder.

6. The online cleaning system (CIP) is used for cleaning the freeze-drying box and cold trap after freeze-drying is completed. 7. The online sterilization system (SIP) is used for sterilization of freeze-drying boxes and cold traps before and after freeze-drying operations.

8. After the defrosting system has finished freeze-drying, defrost the water trap before proceeding to the next freeze-drying operation. The common defrosting methods are divided into steam defrosting and water bath defrosting.
