1、 Purpose and Characteristics

The cold drink water tank uses mechanical refrigeration to produce chilled water. Suitable for industrial and mining enterprises, government offices, restaurants, guesthouses, cold drink rooms, etc

Used for making frozen sour plum soup, it is a supporting equipment for manufacturing soda and sparkling wine.

This cold drink water tank adopts a Freon refrigeration compressor unit. Using F-12 as refrigerant, safe to use, and equipped with pressure relay

The electrical appliances and temperature regulators are automatically controlled, the unit operates smoothly, the appearance is beautiful and elegant, and the use is convenient and reliable.

2、 Working principle of refrigeration

Refrigeration work is based on the second law of thermodynamics, which states that heat does not transfer from low-temperature objects to high-temperature objects on its own. In order for the refrigerant to change from low-pressure vapor to high-pressure liquid, a certain amount of electrical or mechanical energy must be consumed. The compressor realizes this energy conversion, causing the refrigerant to repeatedly change from low-pressure vapor to high-pressure liquid, continuously maintaining and obtaining low-temperature mechanical properties.

When the compressor starts working, the vapor in the low-pressure pipeline is sucked in by the compressor and compressed into high-pressure vapor. It is cooled by the condenser and condensed into high-pressure liquid, which enters the accumulator. Then it enters the expansion valve through the filter to reduce pressure, causing the refrigerant to evaporate in the evaporator, absorb heat, and then be sucked in by the compressor, forming a refrigeration cycle to achieve the purpose of refrigeration.

4、 Installation and use of cold drink water tank

1. The ambient temperature of the room generally does not exceed 40 ℃, the computer room should be spacious, the air should be well ventilated, and the unit should be away from the heating element. There should be sufficient space around the unit and water tank for management personnel to operate, at least 1 meter.

2. The specifications of the connecting pipes for the installation of the cold drink water tank unit must match the specifications of the equipment; It should not be enlarged or reduced. Seamless steel pipes with flange connections are used for pipes below Ø 38, while copper pipes with nuts are used for pipes below Ø 22. All pipes should be kept clean, dry, and leak free.

3. The equipment should be powered by a dedicated line and equipped with instruments indicating current and voltage as much as possible to facilitate understanding of the situation. The power supply should be three-phase 380 volts, with a voltage not lower than 340 volts, and must be properly grounded. After connecting the current, it is necessary to check whether the direction of the motor operation is correct. If the direction of rotation and the shear head shown on the machine body react, it should be corrected immediately.

4. The condenser tube must be dedicated to supplying water, and the diameter of the water pipe should match the specifications of the condenser. The pressure of the water supply should not be less than 1.5kg/cm2.

5. A: The entire set of equipment (LY-1600) has undergone operation tests before leaving the factory, and has been filled with Freon refrigerant and stored in the condenser. Therefore, after opening the cold water tank, it should be checked for any damage or leakage caused by transportation vibration. If there is any, it should be repaired in a timely manner to avoid refrigerant leakage. Before use, first open the exhaust shut-off valve and the outlet (angle gauge) shut-off valve before driving.

B: The compression condensing unit of the LY-2000 grouped equipment has undergone a dynamic test before leaving the factory. The user installs and tests the leakage and vacuum in the pipeline connection, adds refrigerant, and adjusts it to put it into normal operation.

6. Operation method: First, unscrew the cap of the compressor discharge shut-off valve (with the pipeline extending towards the condenser) in a counterclockwise direction. Use a tool to unscrew the valve stem (i.e. the core) of the shut-off valve in a counterclockwise direction by three to four turns. Then tighten the gasket and compression bolt, and continue to tighten the cap. After that, use a leak lamp or soapy water to check if there is any leakage at the connection.

7. Before starting, rotate the compressor flywheel several times to check for any obstacles. If you hear a collision sound after starting the compressor, stop immediately and wait 5-10 minutes before starting again.
