The GXGF3020206 fruit pulp and juice beverage bottle filling and sealing four in one machine is a medium (high) temperature filling machine that integrates washing (disinfectant washing, purified water washing), fruit pulp filling, juice filling, and sealing. The fruit pulp and juice are filled twice to solve the problem of uneven content of fruit pulp in the material.
The host adopts a fully enclosed sealed window, and the filling area is isolated from the bottle flushing area. The filling part can undergo local hundred level purification to ensure that the environment in the filling area meets the requirements for medium temperature filling.
The bottle conveying adopts active clamping handover, which greatly reduces the adjustment operation of equipment when changing bottle types while ensuring that the bottle mouth remains unchanged.
