The fully welded plate heat exchanger is an improved heat exchange equipment based on the detachable plate heat exchanger and tube heat exchanger. With the popularization of steam boilers, this plate heat exchanger is widely used in the heat exchange of heating and condensing steam and liquid.
1、 Heat exchange plate of fully welded plate heat exchanger
1. Our factory's heat exchange plate is pressed into shape in one go, and the processing equipment uses a 20000 ton press to press it evenly.
2. The materials are mainly austenitic stainless steel 316L and titanium.

2、 Installation of fully welded plate heat exchanger
1. During lifting, the fully welded heat exchanger should be kept level. Suitable anchor bolts should be configured during installation;
2. Install pipelines according to the inlet and outlet markings of the cold and hot media;
3. Install exhaust valves in the pipeline system to quickly discharge air mixed with the medium after startup, preventing gas from being trapped in the equipment and reducing thermal efficiency;
4. For media with high impurities, a filter should be installed at the feed inlet.
The fully welded plate heat exchanger is widely used in high-temperature, high-pressure, large-diameter steam condensation, heating, central heating, waste heat recovery and other working conditions, and this heat exchanger is constantly adapting to the improvement and innovation of new industries.
3、 The use of fully welded plate heat exchangers
1. Before use, the debris inside the heat exchanger pipes should be cleaned to prevent blockage;
2. When using a plate heat exchanger, it is necessary to follow the principles of low flow rate, low pressure, and low temperature. Generally, the cold fluid valve is opened first, followed by the hot fluid valve. In the case of smooth operation, no leakage, and no abnormalities, the valve opening is gradually increased to the parameter value required by the process flow. It is strictly prohibited to unilaterally press the pressure plate, which violates the design pressure and temperature.
3. When stopping the use of the heat exchanger, the principle of gradually reducing the valve opening should also be followed. Generally, the hot fluid valve should be closed first, and then the cold fluid valve should be closed.
4. If the heat exchanger is not used for a long time, the internal materials should be cleaned and rinsed to prevent residual liquid from corroding the plates and affecting the service life of the machine.

4、 Daily maintenance of fully welded plate heat exchanger
1. Check the overall appearance and fins of the heat exchanger for deformation;
2. Check if there is excessive frost on the fins of the heat exchanger. If so, increase the hot water temperature (water bath type) or adopt intermittent working mode;
3. Check for cracks and leaks in the pipe joints of the plate heat exchanger and gasifier;
4. Check if the switching (automatic) devices of each group are working properly;
5. Check whether the accessories related to the heat exchanger are normal and intact;
6. Check if the foundation of the heat exchanger equipment is firm.
6、 Maintenance and upkeep of fully welded plate heat exchangers
1. After a period of use, the surface of a heat exchanger will produce varying degrees of scale or solvent deposits, which can reduce its heat transfer efficiency and increase flow resistance. Therefore, regular inspections and cleaning of dirt should be carried out.
2. There are many cleaning methods for plate heat exchangers, and different methods are selected according to the different processing media. I have already talked a lot about the cleaning and maintenance of plate heat exchangers in previous articles. Here, I will briefly explain it.
2.1 Reflux method: Select an appropriate soluble liquid for short-term countercurrent circulation cleaning based on the properties of the medium.
2.2 Flushing method: Regularly use cleaning solution or steam to increase the flow rate and reverse flush according to the properties of the medium.
2.3 Compressed air flushing method: After the plate heat exchanger is shut down, a connecting pipe is inserted at the inlet of the medium in advance, and compressed air with a pressure of 0.3-0.5MPa is connected. The fluid mixed with the air and medium is flushed at a high flow rate to the heat exchanger plate, achieving the purpose of descaling.
