Operation process

A、 The operator places the empty bucket onto the weighing platform, with the filling gun head positioned directly above the bucket mouth;

B、 The operator presses the [Start] button;

C、 Automatic inspection of container weight, automatic removal of tare weight, submergence of filling head, opening of valve and gun head bottom valve for rapid filling. When the weight reaches the small material value, the filling speed decreases. When the weight reaches the target amount and the advance amount is reduced, the two valves are fully closed, and the error is detected and displayed;

D、 The operator removes the heavy bucket from the weighing platform, completing a filling process;

E、 Repeat steps A-D for continuous filling.

F、 Manually push out the heavy bucket and lock the lid. The filling process is completed.
