1、 Equipment Introduction
This equipment is a performance indicator for measuring the reactivity and post reaction strength of coke, which complies with the national standard GB/T4000-2017 "Test Method for Reactivity and Post reaction Strength of Coke". It has three-stage temperature control and an integrated furnace, effectively ensuring the length of the constant temperature zone in the test. The equipment adopts electromechanical integrated automation control, with high temperature control accuracy and convenient use.
2、 Basic technical performance
1. Complies with GB/T4000-2017 "Test Method for Reactivity and Post Reaction Strength of Coke".
2. Integrated three-stage heating furnace, embedded electric heating wire three-stage heating, independent temperature control, effective constant temperature zone greater than 200mm, each heating furnace can complete the test separately or simultaneously with two furnaces.
3. The material of the coke reactor is high-temperature resistant alloy steel GH3044, with an inner diameter of Φ 80mm.
4. S-type platinum rhodium thermocouple, three-point independent temperature control, 0.5 level control accuracy of 1100 ℃± 3 ℃, corundum tube;
5. The equipment is designed with mechatronics integration. The lifting device of the coke reactor adopts a servo control system, and the bottom of the screw device enters and exits the furnace. 8. It has dual hardware and software automatic and manual conversion functions, which can be flexibly converted according to needs.
9. The Type I rotary drum adopts an electromechanical integrated design, with a drum body size of Φ 140mm × 700mm, a wall thickness of 5mm, a speed of 20r ± 0.5r/min, automatic counting and control at 600 revolutions per minute, and no unloading of the drum required for loading and discharging.
10. Gas flow rate nitrogen 0-10L adjustable; Carbon dioxide 0-10L adjustable, using high-precision S49 32/MT mass flow controller and 597FB stabilizing valve, accuracy ± 1.5% F.S, computer can display flow curve in real time, with insufficient flow alarm function.
11. When entering the test state and automatically starting the test, after the exhaust gas is burned off, connect the air duct and discharge it outdoors.
12. The dual system protection function prevents accidents such as control failure of the main control system and breakdown of the thyristor, which can cause overheating of the electric furnace, burning of the reactor or insulation materials.
13. Connecting to a computer can display real-time temperature curves, gas flow curves, and other related parameters of the upper, middle, and lower constant temperature zones inside the furnace, displayed in different colors. Automatically save each test curve and data, which can be queried at any time, restore test data and curve records, and print reports.
