1. When the user of this machine needs to use a 380V power supply, the cross-sectional area of the three-phase four wire, four corner plug, and power cord should be greater than 6mm2. The neutral wire must be inserted into the machine, otherwise the machine cannot operate. (Note that the neutral wire must be connected) If the machine is a 220V power supply and a three pin plug, the cross-sectional area of the power cord should be greater than 4 mm2. The casing must be reliably grounded in order to operate during startup.

2. Divided into upper and lower heating chambers, there is a set of fixed open electric heating tubes in the upper and lower chambers, and another set of temperature adjustable electric heating tubes.

3. The temperature of this contraction chamber should be controlled below 230 ℃ (6-7 gears), and the conveying speed should be controlled below 6-7 gears. If it runs at excessive temperature or speed, it will cause premature aging of the circuit, reduce the service life of electrical components, and decrease the service life of the machine.

4. The bottom of the machine should maintain good ventilation and heat dissipation conditions to prevent electrical components from overheating.

5. After using this machine for more than three months, check the aging condition of the wires in the shrink chamber and replace them as appropriate. When the packaging passes through the studio, try to place it in the middle to avoid damaging the quartz tube.
