Fully automatic glass spray painting machine

The glass spray paint machine is specially designed and manufactured by Lidu Company for the characteristics of the glass industry. It adopts Japanese Panasonic PLC automatic control and touch screen human-machine dialogue, Taiwan HIWIN linear guide rail, and can be equipped with 2-8 automatic spray guns, automatic blowing, and automatic paint pressure feeding (paint bucket with pressure stirring). The spray paint coating is uniform, fast, and efficient. The exhaust gas purification system adopts a secondary water curtain showerhead, and the exhaust system adopts a 2.2kw dedicated washing centrifugal fan. The purification effect is very good, and there is basically no paint smell. This machine can replace 2-6 manual workers, and the maximum glass size can reach 2200 × 3300mm.
