Driver group:

Feeding group:
Adopting a dual rack material tray makes it more convenient and efficient to replace film materials. Configure film material detection photoelectric, automatically stop the machine when there is no film material, and display it with warning lights and touch screen in Chinese. Using a rotary potentiometer in conjunction with a frequency converter for closed-loop control of label tension, ensuring stable and smooth label transportation. Avoid the phenomenon of label length, jamming, and blockage caused by uneven tension during servo conveying of labels.
Brush down the group:
Using a motor combined with a double-sided circular arc synchronous belt to synchronize the brushing of the rubber wheel and ensure the stability of the subscript.
Installing a limit device on the screw adjustment screw effectively controls the damage to the center guide column caused by excessive friction between the brush down rubber wheel and the center guide column bearing due to operator misoperation.
Bottle group: Mechanical transmission is used to drive the bottle positioning belts on both sides. When changing the specifications of the entire bottle group, the lifting and width of the bottle group are synchronously adjusted by a handwheel to achieve quick and convenient adjustment.
Machine lifting group: adopts electric lifting, making operation more convenient.
New steam shrinkage furnace:
The thermal shrinkage efficiency is greatly improved, and it is easy to adjust and maintain. The shrinkage is flat, and the steam injection method adopts a separate steam drum design. The pipeline is smooth and does not take up space. The spray outlet is divided into four sections on each side, and the height, front and rear, and exhaust volume of each section can be adjusted separately to achieve a perfect shrinkage effect. The low-pressure steam drum adopts seamless steel pipe design, and each connecting pipe uses stainless steel hose quick couplings, which are easy to disassemble and install. The entire machine casing is made of stainless steel and insulated, which not only saves energy, but also meets international safety standards. The bottom stainless steel water collection tray concentrates condensed water and can be connected for discharge. The working environment is not affected. The box is equipped with two windows at the front and back. Installing inverted bottle guides on both sides can effectively prevent bottle blockage in the shrinking furnace. The whole machine adopts waterproof design and is made of stainless steel, making it easy to operate and maintain.
The new hot air shrinkage furnace uses a high-pressure fan and a special hot air shrinkage ring air duct, which is more energy-efficient and has unparalleled shrinkage effect. If the traditional shrinkage furnace cannot shrink the curved bottle, this hot air shrinkage furnace can achieve satisfactory flat shrinkage effect (optional).
