Principle of adhesion:
The upper two images were captured by one camera, sucking onto a robotic arm, while the lower two images were captured by another camera, on a belt.
Our software establishes a unique connection between two cameras through calibration between them, and then adjusts compensation to ensure that the film and shell are fully adhered. This way, before each material is adhered, a robotic arm is controlled to adjust the position based on the recognition of the camera to ensure the accuracy of the adhesion.
