1、 Equipment usage

1. Quality control: In the production process, the test chamber can be used to detect the deformation of sponge products after repeated compression or long-term compression, ensuring that the product elasticity meets relevant standards and actual usage needs. For example, for sponges used in furniture such as mattresses and sofas, testing can ensure that they will not be excessively deformed during daily use, which will affect comfort and service life.

2. Performance evaluation: Verify the mechanical stability of sponge materials. By simulating the compression conditions in actual usage scenarios, the deformation trend of sponges after periodic compression is detected to avoid product functional failure caused by material deformation, such as preventing channel blockage of filter materials and negative pressure failure of negative pressure drainage products caused by sponge deformation.

2、 Working principle
