(1) The heat shrink machine consumes a large amount of power, so the input power must be greater than the nominal power on the shrink machine nameplate, otherwise it is easy to burn out the circuit or electrical components.
(2) Each machine is equipped with a power cable when it leaves the factory, and the end lead part has the identification symbol of the power supply. It must be connected correctly, and unauthorized operation may result in electric shock.
(3) When the machine specifies a three-phase 380V power supply, the neutral wire must be input simultaneously, which is the standard three-phase four wire system. Otherwise, the machine cannot function properly and is prone to burning out internal electrical components.
(4) The machine must be installed horizontally, otherwise it will shorten the service life of the electric heating tube. For machines with conveyor belts, their inclined installation will cause the conveyor belt to deviate from the center.
(5) When the machine is working, the operator's palms and other parts are not allowed to come into contact with the operating parts of the machine, especially the high temperature inside the contraction chamber, which can easily cause burns.
