The fully stainless steel vacuum semi-automatic capping equipment and the (regular) X35B3 have identical functions, but differ in the frame material used. The fully stainless steel model uses 4mm 304 stainless steel plate to manufacture the body, achieving a sturdy and durable all stainless steel structure for the X35B3. Compared to the ordinary carbon steel plate spray coating process, the all stainless steel model is more hygienic, sturdy, and does not have rusting caused by damage to the protective layer.
Equipment purpose:
The fully stainless steel vacuum semi-automatic capping equipment is used for food packaging, using standard tinplate claw style glass bottle packaging for opening and sealing the cap. For other special purposes, please consult the manufacturer. The function that X35B3 can achieve is to suction the air inside the packaging container to reach the set negative pressure value (i.e. vacuum), and then tighten the lid. X35B3 is a semi-automatic model, which means manual bottle entry and exit, manual capping, and automatic vacuum degree for other processes. The vacuum degree can be set as needed.
Performance characteristics:
1. By adopting an open fully sealed vacuum chamber structure (Patent No. 7:) and configuring a low-power vacuum pump, high vacuum packaging can be achieved.
2. By using a vacuum detection control program and imported digital vacuum sensors, the lid can be rotated after the vacuum reaches the set value to ensure reliable vacuum levels inside each bottle.
3. Adopting pneumatic drive and adjusting the twisting force of the cover with air pressure, it can ensure high-quality capping effect and zero damage rate.
4. In addition to high vacuum efficiency, the advantages of an open fully sealed vacuum chamber include better applicability to tank shapes, suitable for round and irregular bottles of any size within the applicable range, completely solving the problem of replacing bottle shaped parts. It can complete bottle shape conversion within 1 minute without the need to replace any parts.
5. The machine action is controlled by PLC and sensors, not in a mechanical linkage form. The machine layout structure is simple and free of oil stains, suitable for production workshops and laboratories with high hygiene requirements.
