PCT-400 High Pressure Steaming and Cooking Tester

1、 PCT-400 High Pressure Steaming and Cooking Instrument Usage:
1. Test the moisture and pressure resistance of packaging and sealing processes for IC semiconductors, LCDs, PCB boards, magnets, and other products;
2. The test sample is placed under more stringent temperature, humidity, and pressure, and moisture will seep into the package and multi-layer circuit board along the interface between the gel, gel, and wire.

3、 Mechanical Structure of PCT-400 High Pressure Steaming and Cooking Instrument
1. Circular inner box, stainless steel circular test inner box structure, in compliance with industrial safety container standards, can prevent condensation and dripping during testing
2. Circular inner liner, stainless steel arc-shaped inner liner design, can avoid direct impact of steam overheating
3. The water pipe adopts copper tube and horn mouth, with precise design, good air tightness, and low water consumption.
4. Special type packing, material: high temperature resistant silicone foam molding. When the inner box pressure increases, the packing will have back pressure, which will make it more tightly combined with the box body. It is completely different from traditional extrusion type and can extend the packing life
Before the experiment begins, the air inside the original box can be extracted and sucked into the filter. The filtered new air should be packed with less than 1micom to ensure the purity inside the box
7. The critical point limit method automatically provides security protection, abnormal causes, and fault prompts
8. The machine has a timed drying function to keep the test products in a dry state
9. The water tank adopts a 16L large capacity water tank, placed at the bottom of the box, and exclusively uses automatic water replenishment function; The experiment is not terminated; At the end of the experiment, the equipment will automatically release pressure

4、 Safety protection device
During the experiment, the entire process is tested for over temperature and over pressure protection. In the first stage, the instrument is equipped with internal over temperature protection. In the second stage, the instrument is equipped with internal humidifier water shortage protection, high pressure protection, water tank water shortage alarm and power-off protection. In the second stage, the humidifier pipe is equipped with extreme temperature protection, the second stage is equipped with over high pressure protection, the third stage is equipped with emergency pressure relief protection, manual pressure relief protection, automatic pressure relief, etc!
