11. This machine is equipped with a strong exhaust system. After the test is completed, the strong exhaust fan can quickly exhaust the exhaust gas from the box.

The chassis adopts a double-layer partition structure, with high-temperature insulation cotton filled in the middle, effectively reducing the temperature of the outer wall during the test process to<45 ° C

12. Power supply voltage: AC380 (± 10%) V/50HZ.

13. Machine operating power: 1KW.

14. The exhaust system is located at the top of the chassis, which can effectively and quickly discharge exhaust gas. There are several air inlet holes at the bottom, which can ensure the oxygen content inside the chassis during the test process and make the test results more accurate.

15. Install a front door with tempered glass windows, allowing for easy observation of the test results at any time. During the experiment, the door was closed to prevent harmful substances generated by combustion from contaminating the indoor air.

18. Control box: The control box is made of cold-rolled steel plate, processed and formed by CNC machine tools, with a beautiful and elegant circular arc shape.

19. Combustion device: This device is made of welded stainless steel material, which is lightweight, aesthetically pleasing, and easy to move and clean.

20. Control system: Adopting PLC+Weilun touch screen precision control, accurate timing, simple operation, automatic data recording and calculation.

Adopting a relay control system, all electronic components are made of domestic leading Xian brand, which can better ensure the performance and detection accuracy of the machine.

21. Continuous detection device: During the test, allow current to pass through all cores of the cable. Three single-phase transformers have sufficient capacity to maintain a maximum allowable leakage current of 3A at the test voltage. Connect a lamp to each core wire at the other end of the cable and load a current of nearly 0.25A at the rated voltage of the cable. During the testing process, there is a signal output for both short circuit and open circuit of the sample.

22. The equipment is equipped with the following safety protection devices: power overload, short circuit protection, and control circuit overload protection.

23. Environmental usage conditions:

The ground is flat, well ventilated, and free of flammable, explosive, corrosive gases and dust.

There is no strong electromagnetic radiation source nearby.

Leave appropriate maintenance space around the equipment.

Temperature: 5 ℃~30 ℃

Air pressure: 86-106 kPa.

AC380V/50HZ。

Allowable voltage fluctuation range: 380V ± 10%.

Allowable frequency fluctuation range: 50HZ ± 1%.

Require users to configure corresponding capacity air and power switches for the equipment at the installation site, and this switch must be independent and dedicated for the use of this equipment.

When the equipment is not working, the temperature of the environment should be kept within+0-45 ℃, and the vibration combustion device should be placed outside the combustion chamber.

IIIFire resistance test:
