Mainly used in modern workshops, automobile manufacturing plants, electric welding wires in the motor manufacturing industry, industrial electric furnaces, factories, and high-rise buildings. Cable trays used in the equipment manufacturing industry and equipment automation production line industry in metallurgy, petroleum, chemical, vehicle and ship, hydraulic machinery and other fields. High purity electrolytic copper is used, and the entire surface of the conductor is tinned to improve its resistance to oxidation and corrosion. Due to the use of high-strength ceramics as phase separation materials, bus ducts can withstand strong electrical and thermal stresses. The bus duct is a fully enclosed structure with a protection level of up to IP54. Check if there is any looseness in the connecting bolts and contact parts of all bus duct joints. Prevent the phenomenon of joint heating caused by increased resistance due to looseness. Bus duct is the third generation of bus duct products on the market, which started in the early 1990s. It combines the structural characteristics of air type busbars and dense bus ducts, that is, the conductive busbars are wrapped (using high temperature and pressure resistant polytetrafluoroethylene film wrapping), and then separated by phase block phase copper bars to achieve double insulation. Bus duct cables need to be tapped on site, which has poor reliability. Even prefabricated branch cables have obvious disadvantages. The production of high-voltage bus ducts mainly requires customization from factories. The branch connection method of high-voltage bus ducts uses open "C" type clamps. After a long time, can the clamping force be guaranteed for Xichou high-voltage bus ducts? Due to the high cost of each branch head, prefabricated branch cables are still not widely used today. Any floor needs to cut off the power supply, and the bus duct does not need to be powered off. As long as it is unloaded, the plug-in box of the bus duct can be removed. But it is very dangerous to cut off the branch power supply of the prefabricated branch cable while it is live.
