During installation, it is required to be able to be easily inserted. The connection head of the bus duct is crucial. The connection head is required to have high machining accuracy and good interchangeability, and must meet three requirements: ① low contact resistance; ② Damage caused by automatic thermal stress; ③ Easy to assemble and disassemble. The basic structure is as follows: if the contact surface is very smooth without pressure marks when in single-sided contact, a single screw is used to connect the large capacity bus duct. Parallel double screws or parallel 3 screws are used. Both ends of the high-voltage common box bus duct are locked with butterfly washers, and the tightening torque is specified. Installation sequence:

Installation rules for busbar trunking

1. Loading, unloading, and storage of bus ducts

When the bus duct is installed vertically, the vertical distance between the joint and the ground should not be less than 0.6m; when the bus duct is installed vertically between floors, the length of a single straight line of the bus duct should not be greater than 3.6m; for floors with a single layer exceeding 3.6m, the wholesale of high-voltage common box bus ducts should be made in two or more sections, and intermediate fixed brackets should be installed between floors. The connection point of the bus duct should not be at the location where it passes through the floor slab. When installing the bus duct through the floor slab hole, there should be no sewage or debris entering the interior of the bus duct. The busbar slot plug-in feeding hole (branching interface) should be located in a reliable and easy to install and maintain position. When installing the bus duct vertically, the spring bracket should be installed on the bus duct first, and then the bus duct and spring bracket should be fixed on the channel steel fixing bracket, and the spring nut of the bracket should be locked; After installing layers 4 to 5, loosen the nuts layer by layer from top to bottom to allow the weight of the bus duct to naturally bear on the support spring. After the bus duct connection is tightened, its bending degree shall not exceed 1 degree The distance between two vertically adjacent bus ducts should not be less than 0.1m. Expansion joints should be installed when the straight length of the bus duct exceeds 60m.

2. Installation direction of bus duct

When each batch of bus ducts is shipped, a routing diagram and a detailed routing list are provided. All bus ducts have corresponding branch lines, section numbers, and are installed in sequence according to their numbers.

3. Inspection before installation of bus duct

Check if the bus duct casing is complete and undamaged, inspect if the bolts on the bus duct casing are loose, and ensure that the bolt connections are reliable; Check if the bus duct socket is closed and locked;

4. Connection of bus duct

The busbar trunking bracket must be installed firmly and placed correctly according to the section number, phase sequence, number, direction, and installation mark. When connecting sections, adjacent sections of busbar trunking should be aligned. After connection, the busbar trunking conductor and shell should not be subjected to mechanical stress.

Connection and installation steps: First, check if there are any bumps or damages on the conductor connection surface and connector at one end of the bus duct. After confirming that there are no problems, start connecting the two bus ducts to the connector bus. The bus duct conductor should be inserted into the connector and locked with a torque wrench after ensuring it is in place; The price of docking type bus duct and high-voltage common box bus duct should align the end parts of the two bus conductors that need to be connected parallel to each other, and then insert the copper connection piece and insulation partition into the phase gap of the bus end (clamp one copper connection piece on each side of the bus, and place one insulation partition between the copper connection pieces). After confirming that there are no problems, insert the insulation bolts and pay attention to whether the connection holes of the copper connection piece, bus end, and insulation partition are aligned, whether the copper connection piece and insulation partition are in place, and tighten the bolts.

In order to make good use of thermal radiation, light gray paint is sprayed on the outer surface of the enclosed bus to reduce the absorption of visible light; Spray black paint on the inner surface of the enclosed busbar to enhance the radiation of internal heat to the shell and prevent corona. In order to avoid accidental condensation caused by temperature changes outdoors and indoors in winter, wall sleeves are installed at the penetration points to enclose the outdoor and indoor busbars;When installed vertically, the flange is inside, and when installed horizontally, the flange is outside.
