Magnetic level gauges have great performance in environments with high levels of smoke and fine iron filings. The display area uses high brightness LED dual color light-emitting tubes, with a viewing distance of 60m from the sky and over 200m at night. The display brightness is high and the viewing distance is far. The liquid level gauge can be equipped with a liquid level transmitter and a liquid level switch to achieve remote signal transmission function. It has been widely used in liquid level measurement and process control in industries such as petroleum, chemical, power, metallurgy, food, manufacturing, papermaking, and water treatment.

Magnetic level gauges work based on the principles of buoyancy and magnetic coupling. The magnetic float is specially designed according to the specific gravity of the medium, so that the permanent magnet steel inside the float is consistent with the liquid level inside the container. When the liquid level in the storage tank changes, it will cause the float to move with the liquid level. The movement of the float transmits the change in liquid level to the high-precision electronic sensing element inside the on-site display box through the principle of magnetic coupling, triggering the corresponding digital circuit, and causing the LED dual color light-emitting tube to switch colors, with no liquid being completely red, full liquid being completely green, and the actual liquid level inside the container at the red green junction, thus achieving the purpose of indicating the liquid level in the storage tank. Install limit switches to achieve liquid level alarm and control, and install transmitters to achieve digital signal output for display and control.
