The available spectral working range of GL Spectis 4.0 starts from 200nm, straight * * 1050nm. The dedicated thermal adjustment function can stably read at different application temperatures up to 35 ° C. Due to proper calibration, the UV spectral values are not affected by stray light. The wavelength and linearity correction are verified using an optical bench. **The reading is completely consistent with the blackbody radiation standard, and a deuterium lamp is used to check if the ultraviolet range is short. The UV and IR measurements of GL Specis 4.0 can fill the gaps in various new LED applications.
The GL Spectis 4.0 optical luxmeter features Hamamatsu's large laboratory grade back thin CCD sensor, which provides excellent stability over longer exposure times. Use reference standards to calibrate equipment, which can be traced back to national laboratories and confirmed through globally recognized factory calibration. The electronic dark current level is automatically monitored through intelligent compensation to compensate for any drift caused by temperature fluctuations.
The GL Spectis 4.0 USB spectrometer features a new photonics solution that enables precise optical quality control in various applications. For demanding measurement applications in laboratories or production, this fully calibrated spectrometer is the ideal solution. Simply connect it to a PC and it can be used in laboratories, production sites, or other industrial settings where measuring light or any other radiation is necessary.
With the universal design of Spectis 4.0, you can easily build specialized measurement systems. By adding any of our optical probes, this instrument can measure irradiance using standard diffusers or fiber optic probes. When connected to the integrating sphere, the total luminous flux and radiated power can be measured. When used in conjunction with a brightness/emissivity telescopic probe, specialized assessments of the hazards and quality of light radiation can be obtained.
This spectral radiometer is highly suitable for LED measurement and can be paired with any of our integrating sphere and angle measuring systems for pre measurement according to CIE 127:2007 and CIE 025/E: 2015. The high precision and resolution make it an ideal measuring instrument for confirming (IES) LM-79-08 and other international standards.
The GL Spectis 4.0 spectrometer has been optimized for rigorous testing and measurement, consistently providing accuracy comparable to many expensive and complex measuring instruments. The stray light suppression system and automatic temperature compensation help achieve accurate results.
system function
Expand spectral range
The Spectis 4.0 spectral radiometer has a wide wavelength range of 200 * * * 1050nm and can be measured according to many standards, including photobiological safety (EN 62471) or SSL product measurement (IESNA LM-79-08).
Photometric and radiometric calibration
Before delivery, * * spectral calibration has been integrated into each spectrometer. According to the installed measurement accessories, it can accurately measure different * * values (such as lux, candela, or lumens) as well as radiation values.
Dark current compensation
Although it is not a cooled detector, the GL Spectis 4.0 spectrometer can still provide very accurate measurements under different conditions. The temperature sensor installed on the electronic board monitors temperature changes and automatically compensates for any changes in dark current levels, providing excellent measurement stability.
Provide multiple integrating spheres and probes
With the universal concept and design of Spectis 5.0 Touch, you can easily expand your measurement system by adding any of our integrating spheres or other accessories.
