GPS L80

L80 is an ultra compact GPS module that integrates a 15.0mm × 15.0mm × 4.0mm patch antenna, and its space saving design is very suitable for micro devices. The L80 adopts LCC packaging, integrates patch antennas, and has extremely strong capture and tracking capabilities.

Through advanced AGPS (EASY) ™ Technology: Track prediction technology and AlwaysLocale mode ™ The L80 achieves high performance and fully meets industrial standards. EASY ™ Technology enables the L80 to automatically calculate and predict orbital information for up to three days, and store this information in internal RAM memory, enabling fast positioning even in weak indoor signals. AlwaysLocate ™ The application of technology enables L80 to automatically adjust positioning time according to different environmental conditions and operating modes, greatly reducing module power consumption while ensuring positioning accuracy.

L80 supports automatic antenna switching function, with external active antennas and built-in patch antennas that can automatically switch and continuously locate during the switching process.

In addition, the L80 module supports FLP function, resulting in a static receiving power consumption of only 5mA, providing an optimized solution for wearable devices, fitness equipment, and tracking devices.

Thanks to its small size, high sensitivity, and many other advantages, the L80 can almost meet all the application needs of M2M customers, especially suitable for fields such as vehicle mounted, personal tracking, industrial grade PDAs, and related handheld devices.
