1、 Product Overview:

GYY-80High temperature constant temperature circulating oil bath potThe circulating and constant temperature heating device designed and produced has the characteristics of compact and reasonable structure, safe and convenient use, precise temperature control, controllable output flow, and energy saving. Can be conveniently used for single and double-layer reaction vessels/Jacketed reactor/Rotary evaporator/Glass reactor/Vacuum reactors and other laboratory equipment provide a circulating constant temperature heat source, which can also be used for other devices and occasions that require circulating constant temperature heating. 2、 Product features:

GYY-80The high-temperature constant temperature circulating oil bath pot adopts sanitary grade stainless steel plate material as the inner liner. The shell is made of high-quality cold plate electrostatic spraying. The electric heater is placed in the center of the pot bottom and has the advantages of fast heating, high thermal efficiency, low power consumption, and safety without leakage. The outer shell of the oil bath and the outer wall of the inner liner are filled with insulation cotton, which provides excellent insulation effect*.

Adopting efficient heat dissipation packaging design ensures the continuity of instrument operation. The material of the pump head is high temperature resistant insulation material, and the pump core adopts high temperature bearings, fluorine rubber oil seals, anti-corrosion and high temperature resistance. Cast copper valves are used for oil inlet and outlet. The bottom of the machine is equipped with universal corner wheels, which are easy to use.

The temperature control system has been improved with the addition of thyristors in both digital and meter displays（3KWThe following) or solid-state relays（3KWAs the heating control core of the machine, the thyristor principle relies on the weak current signal of the instrument to regulate voltage and temperature. Solid state relays rely on the micro voltage signal of the instrument to turn on and off as a switch output, thereby controlling the output terminal of the heater.

The temperature sensing part of the instrument adoptsKType armored platinum resistor, with a cover made of copper tube coating process, fast thermal conductivity. Platinum resistance sensor is a high-end temperature measurement product with the characteristics of low resistance and high accuracy.
