The rainproof cap flame arrester is a new type of combustible gas pipeline flame arrester. The rainproof cap is a new product that prevents rainwater or other debris from entering and blocking the flame arrester.

The performance of this anti explosion pipeline flame arrester fully complies with the regulations of "Petroleum Gas Pipeline Flame Arrester". The structure of the flame arrester is reasonable, and the flame retardant layer is made of stainless steel material, which is corrosion-resistant and easy to clean. The shell is made of various materials such as stainless steel and carbon steel, which can meet the needs of different process pipelines.

Working principle of GZW-T rain hat flame arrester

Pipeline flame arrester is a safety device used to prevent the spread of flames of flammable gases and flammable liquid vapors. When designing fire-resistant internal components, regular fillers are designed based on the medium of different mixed gases, gas composition, pressure drop, length to diameter ratio, and number of bends to achieve a certain fire-resistant velocity value. When the flame enters the flame arrester, it is cut into many small flame streams by regular flame arrester components. Due to the heat transfer and wall effect, the incoming gas is cooled, making it unable to reach the ignition temperature. Without the ignition temperature, combustion cannot be formed, quenching the flame stream and achieving the purpose of flame arrester.
