Galvanized sheet air duct production

Installation of galvanized sheet air ductregulations:
1. Galvanized sheet air ducts should be installed horizontally [2], with a diameter or long side size of less than or equal to 400mm, and a spacing of no more than 4m; if it is greater than 400mm, it should not be greater than 3m. The spacing between the supports and hangers of galvanized sheet air ducts can be extended to 5m and 3.75m respectively; for galvanized sheet air ducts with thin steel plate flanges, the spacing between the supports and hangers should not exceed 3m.
2. Galvanized sheet air ducts should be installed vertically with a spacing of no more than 4m, and a single straight pipe should have at least 2 fixing points.
3. Galvanized sheet air duct supports and hangers should be selected in accordance with the national standard drawings and specifications, with forms and specifications that are suitable for strength and stiffness. For special galvanized sheet air ducts with a diameter or side length greater than 2500mm, such as extra wide or extra heavy ones, the supports and hangers should be in accordance with the design specifications.
4. Supports and hangers should not be placed at air vents, valves, inspection doors, and self-control mechanisms, and the distance from air vents or plug-in pipes should not be less than 200mm.
5. When the length of the main and dry galvanized sheet air ducts suspended horizontally exceeds 20m, fixed points to prevent swinging should be set up, and each system should not be less than 1.
6. The screw holes of the hanger should be machined. The suspension rod should be straight, with complete and smooth threads. After installation, the stress on each auxiliary support and hanger should be uniform and there should be no obvious deformation.
The tension or compression of adjustable vibration isolation supports and hangers used in galvanized sheet air ducts or air conditioning equipment should be adjusted according to the design requirements.
