2、 Working principle of gas plate heat exchanger
The smoke passes from top to bottom, passing through the outside of the box, while the air passes horizontally through the inside of the box and turns upwards at the bottom. It interacts with the smoke twice to transfer heat, creating a reverse flow between the smoke and air, resulting in better heat transfer efficiency.

Many friends who use this plate heat exchanger should be familiar with tubular and rotary heat exchangers. However, tubular gas heat exchangers have a large volume, are prone to ash blockage inside the steel pipes, are difficult to clean, and are prone to wear at the flue gas inlet. The heat exchange plates of fully welded plate heat exchangers are made of special stainless steel and pressed with special molds. The surface is smooth and not prone to scaling. Its corrugated design allows the fluid to generate turbulence even at lower flow rates, resulting in high heat transfer efficiency. Due to not being limited by gaskets, it has high temperature and pressure resistance performance.
