Structural composition:

Gas pressure reducerWorking Principle:
(1) When the piston rod drives the valve core to move, the gap between the valve core and the valve seat gradually decreases (pressure decreases); When the piston rod reaches the bottom dead center, the valve closes due to the action of the sealing ring.
(2) As the reciprocating motion of the piston rod and the pressure of the medium increase, the spring force on the valve core increases (pressure increases), thereby pushing the valve open; Otherwise, close the valve.
The body of the pressure reducer is made of brass. The structure of two-stage pressure reduction is basically similar to that of single-stage pressure reduction, both consisting of valve top rod, pressure regulating spring, elastic film device, pressure reducing valve and other components. The first stage pressure reduction system is mainly used to automatically reduce high-pressure gas to medium pressure gas, reducing the pressure to 2MPa, and then sending it to the second stage pressure reduction system. In the secondary pressure reducing system, when the pressure regulating screw is tightened, the pressure reducing valve is opened and closed to varying degrees through the pressure regulating spring, elastic film device, and valve top rod, in order to adjust the pressure reduction degree of the oxygen supplied by the first pressure reducing system or stop the gas supply.
