Gas turbine flowmeterWhen measuring online, the density of the medium changes with temperature and pressure. To achieve accurate measurement, it is necessary to simultaneously track and detect the temperature and pressure of the medium, and convert the volume flow rate under different operating conditions into the volume flow rate under standard or agreed conditions.
Due to the integration of temperature, pressure, and flow sensors, this type of flowmeter tracks and detects the temperature and pressure of the medium online, and performs automatic compensation and compression factor correction calculations. Therefore, it has excellent low-pressure and high-pressure measurement performance, and is particularly suitable for the precise measurement of various single-phase gases, such as natural gas. 3 pulse output mode
1) Base pulse signal: (used for instrument calibration):

Set by software, the default output is the corrected working condition volume flow pulse, with an amplitude of: high level ≥ 20V, low level ≤ 1V.

Directly proportional to the standard volumetric flow rate, 4mA corresponds to 0 Nm3/h, and 20mA corresponds to the Z standard volumetric flow rate (this value can be set).

It can be connected to personal computers and PLCs through the internal RS485 standard interface for serial communication. It can display medium pressure, temperature, instantaneous flow rate, cumulative standard flow rate, battery voltage, etc.

⇒Installation precautions
Dear user, hello! When installing and using this instrument, you should pay attention to the following:
♦Users should install a filter in front of the gas turbine flow sensor when installing it.
Note: Any damage to the impeller bearing caused by failure to install a filter is not covered by the warranty.
♦Before using the instrument, the pipeline should be cleaned in advance.
Note: Any damage to the impeller bearing caused by failure to clean the pipeline or incomplete pipeline cleaning is not covered by the warranty.
♦When installing a flowmeter, do not weld the pipeline after installation to avoid burning out the flowmeter core. If the flowmeter burns out the inner core due to welding pipeline, it is not covered by the warranty.
♦When using the instrument, the valve should be slowly opened until the pipeline is filled with gas, and then the large valve should be opened to prevent damage to the impeller.
♦If it is a temperature and pressure compensation type, the pressure sensor valve on the instrument should be opened first.
♦When installing sensors, the straight pipe section in front of the instrument should not be less than 20 times the DN, and the straight pipe section behind the instrument should not be less than 10 times the DN.
