*Support automatic port flipping (Auto MDI/MDIX)
*Flow control method: IEEE 802.3x standard is used for full duplex, and Back pressure standard is used for half duplex
*Compliant with IEEE 802.3 10Base-T and IEEE 802.3u 100/1000Base TX standards
