Operation Introduction

When sampling is required, first open the diaphragm valve1Then open the diaphragm valve2The external vacuum draws the medium inside the reaction kettle into the sight glass. As the liquid level rises, the PTFE float rises. After the medium inside the sight glass rises appropriately, quickly close the diaphragm valve1Close the diaphragm valve2Cut off the vacuum and open the diaphragm valve4Open the diaphragm valve4The sample liquid can safely flow into the sampling bottle. The gas carried in the sampling bottle is returned to the sight glass through the exhaust pipe to avoid harmful gas pollution to the environment and injury to operators.

After sampling, blow the pipeline and open the diaphragm valve5Diaphragm valve1Perform nitrogen purging of the pipeline.

Operation and usage steps:

A.Before use, confirm and check whether each connecting part is installed correctly:

1All valves are in the closed state.

2There is no residue inside or outside the sampling system, and the sight glass is not damaged.

3The vacuum system is connected to the corresponding vacuum interface and ensured to be sealed without leakage.

4: Used for reverse blowing0.2~0.3 MPaNitrogen gas.

B.Vacuum suction:

3Observe (mirror). The float slowly rises and fills the mirror window.

D.Nitrogen blowback:

Cleaning process instructions:

During the cleaning process of the entire reaction vessel, the internal cleaning and blowing of the sampling device can be carried out according to the sampling steps described above.
