Construction Plan for On site Assembly of Underground Box Pump Integrated Fire Pump Station

2、 After compression molding, punching molding is carried out through equipment to meet the assembly requirements of standard modules.

3、 On site assembly and selection of 10 # national standard hot-dip treatment for foundation channel steel, combined with a spacing of 1 meter between each beam, and so on.

4、 Assemble according to the atlas and technical requirements, and assemble with Φ 10 * 30 hot-dip galvanized screws and environmental protection, water resistance and anti-aging adhesive strips. After the water tank is assembled and formed, install the tie bars and top columns. The reinforcement is made of hot-dip galvanized steel with a diameter of 48, and is installed horizontally and vertically at a distance of 1 meter. The top pillar is sealed with 4 hot-dip galvanized pipes of diameter 48 evenly distributed per square meter.

5、 Install the pump room according to the pump station, inspect and accept the screws on the surface of the pump room after installation, and ensure that all fasteners are tightened without any omissions.

6、 Clean up all remaining accessories and garbage in the water tank.

7、 Cover the soil and carry out on-site work.

5. Widely used

It can be produced in different specifications from 1 ton to 5000 tons, and can be manufactured and processed according to the technical parameters and requirements provided by the user. It can be widely used in various industries such as construction, fire protection, medicine, food, chemical, boiler insulation, etc.

Determine the foundation treatment plan. I am currently using a combination of cast-in-place piles and cement deep mixing piles in the pump station (only for safety reserves). Special attention should be paid to the possible liquefaction of soil layers or collapsible loess foundations, which need to be treated! Please pay attention to the foundation issue!

(3) Main structural calculations

Generally, it can be calculated according to a planar structure, and if necessary, it can be calculated according to a spatial structure. Mainly:

A、 The bottom plate is calculated based on elastic foundation beams, taking into account the consideration of edge loads.

B、 The inlet and outlet channels are arranged according to the structure, and the cross-sectional shape is calculated based on a single hole or porous frame structure. When symmetrical, calculations can be made according to the symmetrical framework. Bidirectional flow channels are calculated based on elbow shaped inlet channels and straight pipe outlet channels, respectively.

The device is controlled by a fully automatic intelligent controller, and the buried box pump integrates and adjusts according to the user's water consumption and the tap water pressure of the pipeline network, implementing unmanned operation. And it adopts a human-machine interface (text, numbers) display, allowing customers to more intuitively see the operation status of the equipment.

The selection of main pumps for buried fire pump stations should meet the requirements of flow rate, head, and water supply and drainage at different times. The average head should be able to work in the efficient zone and the * * head should be able to work safely. The number of pumps should be 3-9 for easy management. If the number of units is too small, it will affect the use in case of machine failure.

Too many units are inconvenient to manage and may increase the cost of civil engineering. Axial flow pumps and mixed flow pumps with a nominal impeller diameter greater than or equal to 160cm should have device model test data, determination of key shaft power, and selection of matching motors for buried fire water tanks.

Integration: Integrating the configuration functions and requirements of fire water tanks, pump rooms, fire water supply equipment, control cabinets, and other facilities into one.

Standardization: The entire process of design, manufacturing, installation, and use shall be carried out in accordance with current international standards and * * standards. A reinforced concrete raft foundation designed in accordance with the requirements of the "Code for Design of Building Foundation" (GB50007-2011) and the "Code for Design of Reinforced Concrete Structures"; And according to the requirements of the "Code for Design of Building Foundation", the anti floating properties were verified and the thickness of the covering soil was calculated.
