Magnetic flap level gauge can be directly used to observe the liquid level height of various media in containers. And the magnetic flip board can add remote transmission function and switch alarm function, connected to remote transmission display through 4-20mA output signal. It is suitable for liquid level indication in industries such as petroleum and chemical. The liquid level gauge has a simple structure, intuitive and clear observation, no blockage or leakage, easy installation, and simple maintenance.

Product Features

The magnetic flap level gauge has a chamber that accommodates a floating ball, which we call the main tube or shell. It is connected to the container through a flange or other interface to form a connector Because we installed magnetic steel at the junction of the submerged and floating parts of the floating ball during manufacturing, it pushes the magnetic flip column to flip 180 degrees as the floating ball rises and falls with the liquid level. As the magnetic flip column is a cylindrical body composed of two semi cylinders, red and white, it will change color when flipped 180 degrees towards the outside of the flip column display. The height of the liquid level is at the junction of the two colors.
