The HDS2000 super type hot water high-pressure cleaning machine is specially developed for cleaning large areas with severe pollution. Two 4-pole motors drive two 3-piston axial flow pumps, which can provide a flow rate of 1800l/h at a pressure of 180 bar. The HDS2000 Super model has high output, allowing for the simultaneous use of two spray guns. In addition to this performance, the HDS Super model is also a mobile device, with its large diameter wheels and two casters providing good maneuverability. Two special connection points are provided for easy mechanical handling and transportation with forklifts. Two high-pressure pumps are equipped with ceramic pistons and brass column heads. Controlled by sequential startup, activated by built-in pressure sensors, depending on whether one or two spray guns are used. Two integrated fine filter water filters can protect the pump from impurities in the water supply. The fuel fired stove has time proven Kaichi characteristics, coupled with a flame monitor, which means that unmanned operation can be achieved in static applications. Pressure, water flow rate, and temperature can be adjusted directly on the trigger gun. There is a control on the trigger gun that allows the operator to turn on/off the chemical feed as needed. By further improving the electronic module, various related operational data are recorded, potential fault sources are displayed, and the operator is informed that the maintenance work has expired. Also check the direction of rotation of the electric motor. If necessary, it can also be easily corrected through standard pole changing plugs.
