Overview
The HG2000 pressure instrument automatic calibration system is a computer pressure automatic calibration system developed by our factory, which integrates the advantages of various pressure calibration equipment at home and abroad, and implements fully automatic detection, calibration, data processing, and automatic generation of calibration certificates for pressure instruments. This system mainly includes: electric pneumatic (vacuum) pressure automatic generation and regulation system; Electric hydraulic pressure automatic generation and regulation system; Standard pressure signal output, transmitter current measurement, automatic reading of pressure gauge, camera image acquisition and data processing system; Automatic processing and display system for pressure gauge and transmitter data reports. It fully utilizes the software and hardware resources of industrial control computers, adopts industrial control templates, and achieves high-precision pressure measurement and control. Standard window interface, mouse click operation, very intuitive and concise. The entire system is controlled by a computer to automatically generate pressure, automatically collect and process data, store and manage documents, and automatically generate calibration certificates.

performance metrics
（1） Electric pneumatic source: The electric pressure range is -95~1000kPa, and the pressure can be continuously adjusted.
（2） Electric hydraulic source: electric pressure, medium is transformer oil, pressure range is 0-60MPa, pressure is continuously adjustable.
（3） Air pressure measurement unit:
1. Pressure measurement: -95~1000kPa accuracy 0.05% F.S (optional calibrator accuracy can reach 0.025 level)
2. Current measurement: 0-25mA accuracy 0.02% F.S
3. The computer monitor and pressure calibrator display test data, and can simultaneously display pressure values and current values of the calibrated transmitter.
（4） Hydraulic pressure measuring unit:
Pressure measurement: 0-60MPa accuracy of 0.05% F.S, other indicators are the same as the pressure measurement part. (Optional calibrator accuracy can reach 0.025 level)
（5） Automatic reading accuracy of pressure gauge: For conventional pressure gauges, the recognition accuracy of each pressure point can reach 1/20 of the scale division value. However, for pressure gauges with more than 200 scale lines, the recognition accuracy is not greater than 1/10 of the scale division value, while the maximum human eye reading accuracy is 1/5 of the scale division value.
