A super insulation meter with multiple usage methods

Super insulation meter is a measuring instrument that can be used as a high resistance meter such as IR meter, electrostatic meter, and as a small current meter such as picoammeter, with a wide range of usage methods.
Moreover, HIOKI's self-designed floating circuit can perform stable measurements without being affected by the measurement environment, and is used in production lines to achieve high-speed measurements.

By combining the new SM floating circuit and three-axis connector, the noise resistance performance is significantly improved.

High resistance measurement at 2000V/20000P Ω

Like a picometer, it is equipped with a contact check function that can also be used in measurements using external power sources. The corresponding range is from 0.1pF to low capacitance determined by the threshold.
You can choose the frequency for inspection, so multiple measuring instruments can also be used for testing on site.

In order to measure the insulation resistance of capacitive test materials such as MLCC, in addition to checking the speed, the charging time when applying voltage is also important.
