1、 Product Overview
The KH-7700 three parameter combination probe is an advanced and compact multifunctional integrated monitoring sensor, mainly used for monitoring the safe operation of cooling tower fans, gearboxes, and other rotating machinery. This probe innovatively integrates the sensing unit, signal conversion, and transmission circuit of three key safety parameters: oil temperature, oil level, and vibration. It can synchronously measure and directly output 4-20mA standard current signals corresponding to these parameters. Its output signal can be conveniently connected to various general-purpose secondary instruments, digital displays, or computer data acquisition and monitoring systems (such as DCS, PLC, etc.) to achieve online real-time monitoring and early warning of equipment status, making it an ideal unit for modern industrial equipment safety monitoring.
2、 Core functions and measurement principles
1. Temperature measurement:
·Principle: High precision platinum resistance sensor (PT100) combined with semiconductor integrated devices is used for measurement.
·Range: usually 0-100 ℃, covering the normal operating temperature range of lubricating oil.
·Accuracy: The overall error is usually ± 1 ℃ (other data shows ± 3 ℃, depending on the model and configuration).
2. Oil level measurement:
·Principle: According to different designs, there are mainly two technical paths:
·Thermal conductivity sensing principle: Determine liquid level height by detecting changes in thermal conductivity.
·Principle of capacitive sensing: Sensing liquid level height by detecting changes in capacitance. It should be noted that the capacitive principle requires the tested lubricating oil to be a non-conductive medium.
·Scope: Commonly ranging from -10mm to+40mm (-10mm usually corresponds to the lower limit position of the normal oil level of the gearbox).
·Accuracy: The maximum error is generally ≤± 5mm.
3. Vibration measurement:
·Principle: There are also two mainstream technical solutions:
·Magnetic electric sensor: directly obtains the velocity signal of mechanical vibration, processes it through amplifier, bandpass filter, and true RMS converter, and outputs a signal proportional to the effective value of vibration velocity.
·Acceleration sensor: directly obtains acceleration signals, which are processed by amplifiers, bandpass filters, first-order integration, and true RMS converters, and finally output signals proportional to the effective value of vibration velocity.
·Range: 0-20 mm/s (true effective value of vibration velocity).
·Frequency band: The effective monitoring frequency band range is usually 10-1000Hz.
·Accuracy: The maximum error is generally ≤± 1 mm/s.
