Fast calibration method for flour RF admittance level gauge
1. Connect the probe and meter head correctly, and connect the power supply. Pay attention to whether the power supply voltage is correct. Preheat for 3 minutes.
2. The three potentiometers on the dashboard can be adjusted within the range of 8 o'clock to 4 o'clock, and cannot be rotated 360 degrees, otherwise the potentiometers will be damaged. Green light represents normal status, red light represents alarm status.
3. Potentiometer F represents fine adjustment (abbreviated as F); Potentiometer C represents coarse adjustment (abbreviated as C); Potentiometer DLY represents delayed output (abbreviated as DLY): delay time 0-30 seconds), which can be set or turned off arbitrarily.
4. In general, place the FALLSAFE plug in the L position and turn off the delay (rotate counterclockwise to the end).
5. Place F at the 2 o'clock position, adjust C, and turn it to the critical point around the 10-2 o'clock position (first turn the green light clockwise to the red light, and then turn the red light counterclockwise to the green light position).
