Product Features:
1. The impeller adopts a novel curved trajectory, and through optimized design, the overall adiabatic efficiency and volumetric efficiency are further improved, resulting in particularly excellent air volume and pressure;
2. The intake and exhaust shielding wires of the box adopt a spiral cutting method, forming a triangular intake and exhaust port with the top line of the rotor. Through the rotation of the rotor, they are sequentially opened to make the operation more balanced, thereby reducing the vibration and noise of the fan;
3. Adopting a structural design that prevents bearing and gear oil from mixing into the interior of the box, there is no oil mixing in the working chamber, thus obtaining clean gas and avoiding air pollution caused by oil smoke;
4. Compact structure, improved service life due to the use of special bearings and oil seals, and convenient maintenance management;
5. The impeller and shaft are of a separate press fit structure, and there is a small gap between the impellers without collision. The performance of the fan remains unchanged and can operate continuously for a long time. This product is generally only used for conveying air, but by changing the sealing form, it can be used to transport gas and other flammable, explosive, toxic and other special gases. If users have this requirement, please specify it when placing an order.
Product performance range: Flow rate 0.44~56.97m3/min Boosting: 9.8~58.8kPa
Working Principle:
Roots blower is a positive displacement fan that delivers air in proportion to the number of revolutions. The three bladed impeller has two impellers for three times of suction and exhaust each time it rotates. Compared with the two bladed impeller, the gas pulsation is reduced, the load change is small, the mechanical strength is high, the noise is low, and the vibration is also small.
There are two impellers on two parallel axes, and a small gap is always maintained between the impellers and the inner hole surface of the elliptical casing and the three impellers. Due to the constant rotation of the impellers in opposite directions, a certain amount of gas surrounded by the casing and impellers is transported from the suction side to the discharge side.
The compression principle of old Roots blowers, regardless of the two blade or three blade type, is that when the rotor top opens towards the exhaust outlet, the high-pressure air at the exhaust outlet flows back and compresses the inside of the casing. This backflow and compression produce drastic pressure changes, which become the noise source of the blower. This fan has studied the spiral shape to eliminate this factor. The following figure illustrates the key points of the spiral shape of this fan:
