The HRY4 sheathed electric heater consists of a heating core and a sheath tube. The heating core uses a tubular electric heating element as the heat source, and the sheath tube is made of carbon steel pipe or stainless steel pipe. It has a large heat dissipation area and fast heat transfer. The wiring terminal device is divided into ordinary types using iron stretched cup shaped covers, and special types using bolt type explosion-proof device covers for sealing. It meets the requirements of meeting the IP54 series standard for explosion-proof mark d Ⅱ BT4 protection level.

Product Introduction:
Composed of a heating core and a protective sheath. The heating core uses high-temperature resistant alloy electric heating wire as the heat source, high-temperature resistant ceramic as the insulation medium, and the sheath is made of cold drawn seamless steel pipe or stainless steel.
Flange connection is used with the fuel tank body. The sheath isolates the heating element from the heated oil. When replacing the electric heater, there is no need to drain the oil from the tank. Simply remove the heating element and replace it with a new one, making maintenance convenient.
The contact area with the heated oil is large, the surface power is small, there is no carbon deposition, and the oil will not carbonize due to local high temperature. Long service life, safety, and reliability.
