HSR series (all steel ball type)

① The 4-way equal load type has the same rated load for all four directions of action (radial, anti radial, and lateral) on the LM slider because each ball column is configured with a contact angle of 45 °. It can be used in various postures and has a wide range of applications.

② High rigidity type

Due to the configuration of the ball bearings using a four column arrangement with good balance, it can apply preload and easily improve the rigidity in all four directions.

③ Automatic centering ability

Due to the automatic centering ability of THK's unique front combination of circular grooves (DF combination), installation errors can be absorbed even under sufficient preload, resulting in high-precision, smooth and stable linear motion.

④ Excellent durability

Even under the action of preloading or offset load, smooth motion can be achieved without differential sliding of balls, and the specific excellent wear resistance can maintain accuracy for a long time.

⑤ Available in stainless steel type

LM sliders, LM tracks, and balls can also be made of stainless steel.
