The FSJ-II hammer type grain experimental crusher is designed based on the principles of high-speed hammering and cyclone dust collection. The crushing grinding chamber and other components are placed in a soundproof layer to reduce vibration and noise. The airflow feed regulator controls the speed of the sample entering the grinding chamber by adjusting the intake air volume. The high-speed rotation of the hard hammer plate forces the sample to be crushed and enters the aggregate bucket through the crushing screen plate with the air, achieving the purpose of automatic cleaning of the grinding chamber and collection of samples. This equipment has the advantages of fast crushing speed, high efficiency, no dust, low noise, low heat generation, excellent crushing performance, and high safety. It is an ideal equipment for sample preparation in various levels of inspection and laboratory.

① Automatic cleaning of grinding chamber
The equipment uses high-speed air flow to allow the crushed sample to enter the sample collection device through the crushing sieve plate. The flow of air automatically cleans the grinding chamber, and the residual weight is relatively small, generally not exceeding 1.5g.
② Automatic feeding
The equipment can adjust the feeding speed by adjusting the air flow through the airflow feeding regulator according to the different samples.
③ Large sample processing capacity
The sample collection device to which the equipment belongs can hold about 300g of sample at a time, so the one-time crushing amount is large, avoiding errors caused by sampling.
④ Grind the sample with uniform fineness
The equipment is equipped with three commonly used specifications of crushing sieve plates, which can be used to adjust the sample fineness according to testing needs to meet usage requirements.
⑤ Safe and convenient operation
The equipment is equipped with safety protection devices. If the safety operation procedures are not followed, the equipment will not operate, thus protecting the personal safety of the operators.
The equipment has made significant improvements based on the original Type I crusher, simplifying the sealing process between components during operation and making it easier to open and close the grinding chamber door.

The equipment structure is reasonable, and irregular large particle samples can be crushed at once without the need for other equipment for pre crushing, which can simplify the operation and avoid errors caused by multiple processing.

The cyclone separator uses the principle of cyclone dust collection to separate powdered samples from gases. The powdered samples are collected in the cyclone separator and powder collection bucket, and the gases flow into the filter bag for filtration and separation, thus ensuring the cleanliness of the work site.
