1Handheld dust particle counterProduct Introduction
The sterile workshop dust particle counter (Y09-3016 Bluetooth version) is a handheld six channel particle counter with 0.3, 0.5, 1.0, 3.0, 5.0, and 10 μ m particle sizes displayed simultaneously. It is a commonly used measuring instrument for HVAC and indoor air quality. Due to its powerful data storage and six channel particle size display, the measurement is more convenient and does not require frequent interface switching to obtain data.
The Y09-3016 laser dust particle counter is a tool for measuring particle concentration in the air. It is an ideal tool for accurately and conveniently assessing air quality, determining particle size distribution in the air, and inspecting pollution sources.

IIIDust particle counter in sterile workshopWorking Principle:
The light from the light source is focused by the lens group into the measurement cavity. When every particle in the air quickly passes through the measurement cavity, the incident light is scattered once, forming a light pulse signal. This optical signal is sent to the photodetector through lens group 2, which is proportionally converted into an electrical pulse signal. After amplification and discrimination by the instrument's electronic circuit, the required signal is picked out and displayed through the counting system. It should be pointed out that although the instrument is called a "counter", the ability of the instrument to distinguish particle size is more important. Because counting electrical pulses is simple, it is very important to determine the size of particles.
