1、 Working principle of heat exchange unit
The working principle of the heat exchange unit is based on the principle of the circulating water system, and there is not much difference. It is supplied with heat source by the heat medium system, enters the heat exchanger from the primary side, undergoes heat exchange process inside the heat exchanger, and is then discharged into the pipeline and transmitted to the secondary side user end to achieve heat exchange process.But it has its own process principle. The equipment can transfer heat to the water quality through its intelligent temperature control adjustment, and then cool down and flow out again. Some of the heat energy enters the condensate tank, which can achieve our waste heat recovery process. At the same time, the secondary water passes through the process of the water processor before entering the heat exchanger, and then transfers the heat to the user for use. At this time, the water supply temperature of the equipment is automatically controlled by an intelligent temperature control device, and converted into corresponding temperature heat energy according to the user's different needs.
Secondly, the heat exchange unit used for urban heating can achieve intelligent temperature control heating and is also related to the water replenishment system. The secondary water return pressure of the water replenishment system will be ensured to be within the designed range. The pressure of the secondary water return will definitely be lower than the set range, and if it is about to exceed the replenishment pump, it will automatically start the boosting process. When the pressure reaches the limit, the safety valve will discharge and release the pressure, and the equipment pressure and water supply will return to the appropriate limit.
