1. The magnetic flap level gauge must be installed vertically with a deviation of ≤ 3mm.

2. During installation, foreign objects are allowed to enter the chamber of the magnetic flap level gauge, and the upper and lower ends of the float must not be reversed, with the magnetic end on top.

3. There should be no magnetic absorbing materials within a distance of 100mm from the cylinder.

When the measuring range of the magnetic flip column level gauge exceeds 4.5 meters, an intermediate support should be added between the upper and lower flanges

5. After carefully checking whether the bolts at each connection are tightened, the instrument can be put into use.

6. In addition to installing according to the above requirements, the insulation type liquid level gauge must also be connected to a cooling or heating system.

7. For underground level gauges, first install the conduit in the underground container, then install the connected float, float ball, and connecting rod into the conduit, and finally install the upper half.

When the magnetic flap level gauge is put into operation, the upper valve should be opened first, and then the lower valve should be slowly opened to prevent the pressurized medium in the container from rapidly flowing into the pipe body, causing the float to rise rapidly, resulting in the failure of the flap column tracking indicator or damage to the float due to impact.

9. Before leaving the factory, each component of the magnetic float level gauge has undergone internal and external pressure tests according to the standard. After installation, there is no need to attempt pressure testing again. When the container and level gauge are connected for internal pressure testing, the float should be removed and put back into operation.

During use, if some flip columns cannot be flipped due to sudden changes in liquid level or other reasons, they can be corrected using a calibration magnet (attachment) or float.

11. Maintenance and upkeep:

After using the product for a period of time, if there is sediment in the medium, it should be regularly drained. When cleaning, close the upper and lower valves and empty the medium to discharge the liquid. Remove the lower flange and take out the float, then clean it.
