1、 Technical advantages of high and low temperature integrated machine products
A circulation device that can provide a heat or cold source. Wide range of work, suitable for industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and biology, providing heat and cold sources for reactors, tanks, etc.
Wide temperature control range: -80 ℃~200 ℃.
Pre cooling system, refrigeration system, and heating system can be used in combination.

A fully enclosed circulation system, where the heat transfer fluid is not easily volatile or oxidized at high temperatures; Not easily affected by environmental conditions at low temperatures, it can extend the service life of thermal fluids.
The refrigeration heat exchanger adopts a fully brazed plate heat exchanger, which occupies a small space and has high heat transfer efficiency.
● Liquid level display function, real-time monitoring of liquid level to avoid lack of heat transfer fluid.

1.Environmental requirements for use:
Environmental temperature: 5-35 ℃
Environmental humidity: ≤ 70%
The heat transfer fluid must be non corrosive, with a temperature range of -45 ℃ to 220 ℃ under normal pressure, and without viscosity or deterioration.
2. Scheme and technical parameters
2.1 Overall Plan
The entire system consists of a refrigeration unit, a pre cooling unit, a heating unit, a circulation system, a control system, etc.

2.1.1 Refrigeration Unit: The refrigeration unit is composed of one fully enclosed rolling rotor compressor, one air-cooled condenser, one plate evaporator, capillary tubes, pressure protectors, etc. to meet the cooling requirements.
Compressor: Adopting Panasonic Wanbao rolling rotor compressor, it has small volume, light weight, smooth operation, low noise, high reliability, and high volumetric efficiency.
Air cooled condenser: using an air-cooled finned condenser with oxygen free copper threaded tubes inside, high efficiency and large heat transfer coefficient; Intermediate expansion joint proprietary technology, easy to maintain. The fan adopts an explosion-proof motor with an explosion-proof rating of Exd Ⅱ BT4.
Throttle mechanism: using capillary tube, stable and reliable performance.
Plate evaporator: compact structure, easy installation, low water consumption, low fouling coefficient, light weight, only 20% to 30% of the weight of a shell and tube heat exchanger. The plates are made of thin plates and the material is AUS316. The design temperature is -160 ℃ to 200 ℃.
2.1.2 Pre cooling unit: mainly used for indirect transition from high temperature cooling; By using air-cooled finned heat exchangers, it is possible to quickly cool down from high temperatures to room temperature, saving energy, avoiding high-temperature operation of the compressor, and extending the service life of the compressor. The pre cooling fan adopts an explosion-proof motor with an explosion-proof rating of Exd Ⅱ BT4.
2.1.3 Heating unit: used to provide heating function, flange type explosion-proof electric heater, explosion-proof grade Exd Ⅱ BT4, dedicated electric heater for thermal oil, in compliance with national standards GB3836.1-3-2010, JB/T2379.
2.1.4 Circulating system: using high and low temperature resistant explosion-proof magnetic drive circulating pump to transport heat transfer fluid, explosion-proof grade Exd Ⅱ BT4; The circulation pipeline adopts AUS304, which is corrosion-resistant and resistant to low-temperature liquid pollution. It has the function of preventing backflow of heat transfer fluid; The system is equipped with an expansion container that can meet the thermal expansion and contraction changes of the heat transfer fluid, ensuring the normal operation of the circulation system. The expansion tank is equipped with corresponding liquid level display function. The insulation material for the circulation system is a specialized insulation material.
2.1.5 Control system: 7-inch TFT true color display screen, explosion-proof touch mouse operation, with reservation function, able to set the automatic running time of the machine; Two temperature control methods (fixed value/program); The temperature rise and fall curve of the secret refrigeration and heating cycle device with user load can be displayed on a curve; Program editing: capable of writing 120 sets of programs, with each set consisting of up to 100 segments, operated through a touch screen; Easy to operate, safe, and reliable. Delay, overcurrent, overheating, over temperature, high and low voltage protection, etc.
