The core components include the enclosure, temperature and humidity control unit, air circulation system, and safety protection device. Among them, temperature control is achieved through the coordination of refrigeration (such as the French Taikang compressor) and heating system (nickel chromium wire electric heater), using PID algorithm to adjust refrigerant flow rate and heating power, supporting linear or step wise temperature rise and fall; Humidity control relies on the steam boiler humidification and dehumidification system, coupled with PT100 sensors for real-time monitoring, with a humidity range of up to 20%~98% R.H. The air circulation system ensures a uniform environment inside the box, while multiple safety protections (such as over temperature and phase loss protection) ensure the safety of equipment and samples.

Structural features:

The equipment is made of high-quality steel materials both inside and outside, processed and formed using advanced domestic processing equipment, with a reasonable design and durability. On the premise of complying with national standards and ensuring stable performance in all aspects, the equipment is more practical and easy to control. Moreover, the device has the characteristics of easy installation, simple operation, and basically no need for daily maintenance.

The equipment casing is made of stainless steel plate processed by CNC machine tools, which is easy to clean, resistant to aging, and has the characteristics of durability, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, etc.

The inner liner is made of SUS304, 8k mirror stainless steel plate, which is bright, beautiful, and corrosion-resistant.

Insulation material: Polyurethane foam with high-density aluminum silicate fiber cotton. Aluminum silicate fiber cotton has the characteristics of high temperature resistance and low heat transfer coefficient compared to similar glass fiber cotton. The insulation thickness is 100mm to ensure that the temperature inside the test room will not be transmitted to the outside of the equipment, making the test temperature more accurate.

Install an observation window at the center of the test chamber door to observe changes in the indoor sample. The observation window is made of three-layer hollow tempered glass and double layered laminated conductive film on the inside and outside, which has the advantages of transparency, heat insulation, and is not prone to steam frosting. It is equipped with high-quality lighting, which can assist in observing the test situation inside the test chamber when the light is insufficient.

The internal circulation system adopts Taiwan, China's high temperature and high humidity resistant long shaft motor, and is equipped with high temperature and high humidity resistant aluminum multi wing impeller to achieve forced convection vertical diffusion circulation, so that the temperature and humidity in the laboratory are uniform and constant.

A double-layer high tensile silicone sealing strip that is resistant to high and low temperatures is used between the test chamber door and the box body to ensure the sealing of the testing area. The main door plate is made of stainless steel, which is beautiful, durable, and uses a non reactive door handle, making it easier to operate, durable, and not easily damaged.

The lead test hole (on the left side of the machine) can be used for external testing of power or signal lines (with a diameter of 50mm, one is standard, and if the aperture and number of holes need to be increased, they can be requested at the time of ordering).

The refrigeration system of the equipment is installed at the bottom, and the compressor adopts a French Taikang brand fully enclosed compressor to ensure that the temperature is reduced to the required value within the specified time.

High quality fixed PU movable wheels are installed at the bottom of the machine, which can easily move and fix the machine.

The control part of the equipment is designed on the right side of the device, with temperature controllers, control switches, etc. distributed, making it easy to operate, simple, and maintain.
