High and low temperature electric regulating valve

The main connection methods for the 3810 series of high and low temperature electric regulating valves include threaded, flanged, and welded connections. If the temperature exceeds 350 ℃, high-temperature resistant bolt materials should be selected due to creep and relaxation of bolts, flanges, and gaskets.

When conducting high and low temperature strength tests, the test pressure should be 1.5 times the nominal pressure, and the duration should not be less than 5 minutes. The valve shell and packing should have no leakage. The installation position, height, and inlet/outlet direction of the high and low temperature electric regulating valve must comply with the design requirements for the outlet direction, and the connection should be firm and tight.

It can automatically control the opening of the regulating valve to achieve continuous adjustment of process parameters such as pressure, flow rate, temperature, and liquid level of the fluid in the pipeline.
