Equipment Description:
The function of the CIP system is to automatically clean all surfaces that come into contact with the product, including the inner walls of the tank, pipes, cylinders, and other liquid channels.
CIP systems typically consist of cleaning solution storage tanks, acid and alkali addition devices, heaters, process pumps and reflux pumps, as well as pipelines, steam valve groups, etc.
The key process parameters of the CIP system are the type, concentration, temperature, and flow rate of the cleaning solution. NaOH is usually used for alkaline solution, while nitric acid or phosphoric acid is commonly used for acidic solution, with a concentration of 1-3%. Heating is appropriate, and the cleaning flow rate is between 1.5-3m/s.
There are usually three cleaning solution storage tanks: acid tank, alkali tank, and hot water tank. According to the different cleaning objects, it can be divided into single circuit, double circuit, multi circuit, etc.
The metering and addition of concentrated acid and alkali in the automatic CIP system, as well as the temperature of the cleaning solution, are all automatically controlled, and the cleaning program is also set and executed by the brake.
