1Overview

The blasting (pressure resistance) test bench is a new type of pressure testing device developed by our company based on the working principle of the pneumatic boosting device imported from abroad and combined with the actual situation in China.

It uses compressed air as its power source, and the output hydraulic pressure is proportional to the driving gas source pressure. By adjusting the pressure of the driving gas source, the corresponding hydraulic pressure can be obtained. When the pressure of the driving gas source is balanced with the hydraulic pressure, the pneumatic booster pump stops charging, and the output hydraulic pressure stabilizes at the preset pressure. Therefore, it has the characteristics of explosion-proof, adjustable output pressure, small size, light weight, simple operation, and wide applicability. It is particularly suitable for high-pressure and burst testing and pressure testing of pressure equipment such as valves, pipelines, connectors, pressure vessels, etc. It is also suitable as a testing tool for scientific research and inspection departments.
