working principle
When the power supply of the drying oven is turned on, the electric motor runs simultaneously, directly discharging the heat generated by the electric heater located at the bottom of the oven through the air duct, and then sucking it into the fan after drying the items in the working chamber, thus continuously circulating and achieving uniform temperature in the working chamber.
Intelligent temperature controller with automatic wind speed adjustment function. During the heating process, the motor runs at high speed and automatically adjusts to low speed operation when the temperature approaches a constant level, thereby reducing usage problems caused by excessive wind speed. Users can also cancel this function through simple operations. The air door regulator can adjust the amount of air entering and leaving the box by opening the air door adjustment knob.

Structural Introduction
1. The outer shell of the box is made of high-quality steel plate surface baked paint, and the studio uses mirror stainless steel plate SUS304 material;
2. The middle layer is filled with ultra-fine glass wool for insulation;
3. The box door adopts double-layer tempered glass as an observation window, which can clearly observe the items inside the box;
4. A heat-resistant silicone rubber sealing ring is installed at the connection between the studio and the box door to ensure sealing between the studio and the box door;
5. The power switch and temperature controller of the drying oven are concentrated on the front of the box;
The heating and constant temperature system inside the box mainly consists of a high-quality imported electric motor equipped with a centrifugal impeller, an electric heater, a suitable air duct structure, and a temperature controller.

Working principle of oven:

The temperature is controlled through the connection between digital display instruments and temperature sensors, using a hot air circulation supply method. The hot air circulation system is divided into horizontal and vertical types. After precise calculation, the air source is driven by the air supply motor to drive the wind turbine through the electric heater, and the hot air is sent to the air duct before entering the oven working chamber. The used air is then sucked into the air duct as the air source for further circulation and heating, which can effectively improve temperature uniformity.
