Scope of application:

The studio is made of high-quality stainless steel material, and the box body is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate. The box body adopts spray coating technology, and the overall design is smooth, suitable for use in research institutions and laboratories.
The insulation material between the studio and the outer box is fiberglass insulation cotton, with a thickened insulation layer for good insulation effect, minimal heat loss from the inner container, and excellent safety performance. The design between the studio and the outer box is reasonable, greatly reducing the loss of heat sources.
High quality sealing material is used between the box door and the door frame, with good heat resistance and aging resistance. The height of the internal shelves in the studio can be adjusted according to the user's requirements.
The air duct inside the box adopts a circulating air duct, and the fan is composed of a multi blade centrifugal fan and a circulating air duct. The electric heating tube heat source located in the box supplies air to the working room through the air duct. After circulating in the working room, it forms a circulating hot air through another air duct, which can recycle heat and achieve uniform temperature inside the box, thus achieving uniform temperature inside the working room.
LCD microcomputer intelligent PID controller, precise and reliable temperature control. Equipped with timing function. Adopting nickel chromium alloy electric heater, it heats up quickly and has a long service life.
