Installation precautions

1 . The installation of sensors: The sensor diaphragm is a relatively vulnerable part. Please do not remove its protective cap before installation, and pay attention to protecting the sensor diaphragm during installation.

The processing of installation holes should be carried out according to the technical requirements of the installation hole size diagram and size table, to avoid membrane scratches caused by non-standard installation holes that may affect the normal operation of the sensor.

2 . When dismantling and installing sensors, it is necessary to ensure that there are no metal or plastic objects left in the installation holes. Before cleaning the extruder, all sensors should be removed from the machine. The sensor can only be removed when the polymer is in a hot molten state. After removal, immediately wipe the sensor probe film with a soft cloth. At the same time, our company can provide specialized cleaning tools for installation holes to remove any remaining materials in the holes for easy installation next time.

3 . Before starting the equipment, sufficient heating and melting time should be ensured to ensure that all materials in the diaphragm area of the sensor are in a melted state before the extrusion machinery starts working.

4 . The probe part of the installation position sensor can withstand high temperatures, but the temperature resistance of the housing needs to be within80℃Therefore, during installation and use, it is important to pay attention to placing the installed sensor outside

The shell is fixed in a room temperature environment. Isolating the casing from high-temperature areas is beneficial for improving the measurement accuracy and service life of sensors.

5 . In the actual pressure control process, the impact of overload should be within the rated pressure. Although the sensor has a certain overload capacity, prolonged overload will affect the sensor's measurement

6 . During the electrical connection process of the sensor, the signal output connection cable of the transmitter must be connected separately through a wiring duct to avoid interference on site.
